On Halloween, walk or run this fun 5k on a USATF certified course. Whether you're dressed up as a run/walker or in your favorite costume, this is a great event to do with family and friends. Also, there is a free kids 150 meter dash for kids 14 & under.

COURSE INFORMATION
The 5k course will be USATF certified. The event loops around Gallery Park. This winding path is a mix of paved and crushed limestone surfaces.

CATEGORY/AWARDS
All participants will receive an event shirt. Custom event awards will be awarded to the top 3 participants male and female overall and top 3 in each age group (5 year age groups).
Must Be Present to Receive Award.
GIVING BACK
This event raises money for Breast Cancer Research and Special Olympics IL.

Walkers with strollers are allowed on course and it is the participant's responsibility to take proper caution. The course is open to the public during the event and participants are responsible for taking proper caution. Dogs are not allowed to participate in the event.
The event will start rain, snow or shine. Event could be delayed due to lightning. It is the participants responsibility to be prepared for all weather conditions.
*It is the participant's responsibility to make sure that their costume does not impair their safety or the safety of others.
